This activity is an opportunity for Mini Vinnies to reflect on their work and inspire others by spreading the good news. Set out like a newspaper article, this resource can work as a newsletter or a script for an assembly.

The Transfiguration

On the second Sunday of Lent each year, we hear the story of Jesus' Transfiguration. This was when Jesus took three of his disciples, Peter, James, and John, up on a mountain, where his appearance was altered, and his clothing became dazzling white. It was to give them encouragement of what was to come, giving his diciples a glimpse of his full heavenly glory. This activity is a great way to explore this theme and is linked to p.16 of the Mini Vinnies Spiritual Refelction Guide (Year C). 

Week of Kindness Diary Log

A chance for Mini Vinnies to think about their Mini Vinnies' promise and turn concern into action each day. They can record what they do each day and share this news in their meetings. This activity is connected to p.19 in the Mini Vinnies Spiritual Reflection Guide (Year C)
